Strategy / Operations / Transformation
Turning growth and complexity into organizations that can execute.
I am an operator, strategist, entrepreneur and author. I have built and run businesses and worked closely with companies across industries, with a focus on strategy, organizational performance, M&A, technology and the systems that turn ambition into disciplined execution.

The Operating Question
Where strategy meets the operating system.
Most organizations do not struggle because they lack intelligence or effort. They struggle because growth increases decisions, interfaces and exceptions faster than the management system evolves.
My work has repeatedly returned to the same question: how do leaders create enough clarity and discipline for a company to move, without turning control into bureaucracy?
Focus Areas
What the work covers.
Strategy & Transformation
Turning direction into priorities, choices, ownership and measurable movement.
M&A & Growth
Evaluating opportunity, shaping deal logic and strengthening the operating work that follows a transaction.
Operating Systems
Clarifying roles, decision rights, management rhythms and information flows so execution is less dependent on personalities.
Technology & AI
Using technology to remove unnecessary work, improve decisions and reveal truth earlier, rather than automate confusion.
A Central Idea
Growth creates complexity. Leadership turns it into scale.
Growth itself is not the problem. The problem is continuing to run a larger, more connected company with the management habits of a smaller one.

Chaos to Control
How Growing Companies Become Hard to Run — and How Great Leaders Fix Them
Why do successful companies become harder to run as they grow? Chaos to Control examines what happens when ownership blurs, information becomes unreliable, managers carry responsibility without authority, and the CEO becomes the operating system.
It offers a practical path from reactive leadership to proactive management through clearer outcomes, decision rights, operating rhythms, reliable information and behavioral boundaries.

ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH
Growth Outruns the Management System
The company may not be getting worse. It may simply be operating with a model designed for a smaller version of itself.
LEADERSHIP
The CEO Cannot Be the Operating System
Personal involvement can rescue a company in the short term and quietly weaken it in the long term.
TECHNOLOGY & AI
Technology Should Remove Work, Not Digitize Chaos
Software can accelerate a good operating model. It can also make a bad one more expensive and harder to see.
Strong companies are not those in which the leader is needed everywhere. They are those in which clarity, judgment and accountability travel further than the leader can.
